Well ours came in today and the unit we are selling @ 879,000 was valued @ 1.1 Million. Sounds like a great deal for the buyer. Anybody else want to list their house on the site ?
Our unit increased by 300%, more than any unit has ever sold in our complex. Who developed this formula? It seems designed to drive out single family owners. The developers win and so does New Hanover County.
